Night Auditor (m./w.) part time working hours 22:30 - 07:00

We are looking for you as a colleague for our reception team at the Theaterhotel & Suites Vienna.

You are responsible for the care of our international guests You welcome our guests warmly
Your general reception duties include check-in and check-out
You are available to our guests for questions and information and are actively concerned about all guest requests
Accounting and complaint management are just as much a part of your activities as
as cashiering and the preparation of daily financial statements.
You take over round and control walks in the house

Your profile:

You ideally have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry, interested career changers are also welcome, even 50+.
You already have relevant professional experience in a comparable position with initial front office experience
You are already familiar with EDP and Protel but not a must
Independent work, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are a matter of course for you, as are written and spoken German and English. Any other foreign language is an advantage

The minimum salary for the position as Night Auditor (m./w.) is EUR 1,800.00 gross per month on a full-time basis. Readiness for overpayment exists

Receptionist Full Time / Part Time

We are looking for you as a colleague for our cheerful reception team at the Theaterhotel Wien.

You want to work in our traditional hotel but still with a lot of Viennese flair and cordiality designed 4-star theater hotel.

You enjoy interacting with international guests and you enjoy working in a dynamic team and you have fun at work.

Then you are exactly right with us.

You are the first impression of our guests at the reception.

It is natural for you to respond to the wishes of our international guests.

Check in, check out and various work to make the stay of our guests pleasant you always do with a smile. You enjoy working in a team with varied activities. Processing of accounting tasks at the reception

YOUR PROFILE:

A completed education as a hotel and hospitality assistant or tourism technical school.
First experience at the hotel reception, but interested career changers are also welcome
Confident knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken; other foreign languages would be an advantage
Good communication skills as well as sales talent
Computer skills (MS-Office and hotel program PROTEL) desirable
neat and friendly appearance
